Elizabeth Norberg, 28, Second Street, Lowellville, theft and misuse of a credit card.

Stacy Summers, 35, three counts of forgery and four counts of receiving stolen property.

Hillary G. Hamilton, 22, Bronx, N.Y.; Carolina Vessup, 22, Bronx, N.Y.; Jesus E. Martinez, 22, Bronx, N.Y.; and Jose R. Nunez, 22, Pavlin, N.J., two counts of telecommunications fraud, two counts of identity fraud and falsification with forfeiture specifications.

Alyssa Heydle, 18, Williamson Avenue, and Robert McGuire Jr., 26, Centervale Avenue, Boardman, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, attempted burglary, trespass in a habitation, possessing criminal tools, two counts of breaking and entering and attempted breaking and entering.

Michelle Walp, 30, Tremble Avenue, Campbell, and Keith Brooks, 54, Castalia Avenue, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rory Stephenson, 35, Roslyn Avenue, failure to verify current address.

Clemale Bills, 24, Brentwood Avenue, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, obstructing official business and possession of drugs.

Jonathon Gronvall, 29, Stratford Avenue, Boardman, using weapons while intoxicated.

David Kopnitsky, 37, Market Street, Boardman, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, vehicular assault, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine.

Bralia Rodgers, 25, Fifth Street, Warren, possession of cocaine.

Christopher Woloschak, 33, Brookwood Avenue, Boardman, burglary and grand theft.

Deangelo Benson Jr., 24, Oakdale Avenue Northwest, Warren, tampering with evidence and possession of drugs.

Khamray Bonner, 24, Buscayne Avenue, aggravated possession of drugs and two counts of possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification.

Bernita Carter, 35, Carroll Street, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Damion Drummond, 20, Franklin Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Zikome Franklin, 32, McGuffey Road, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility and possession of cocaine.

Carlos Herring, 29, Cohasset Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Dale Kennedy, 33, Seneca Avenue, possession of marijuana and possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification.

Carlton Sims, 32, Glenbrook Avenue, possession of heroin.

Robert Varner, 44, South Schneley Avenue, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs.

David M. Comstock, 25, Struthers Road, Lowellville, theft of drugs.

Benjamin Joltin, 43, Cline Road, Kent, grand theft, passing bad checks and forgery.

Deven Mims, 25, East Wood Street, felonious assault.

Allen Torres, 21, c/o Belmont Correctional Institution, burglary.

Abdliezl Hassan, aka Abdliezl Hassen, 22, South Avenue, failure to notify change of address.

Donald Williams Jr., 24, Kevin Drive, Alliance, and Luke Wilson, 25, Kevin Drive, Alliance, 11 counts of vehicular vandalism.

Derek L. Smith, 27, LaClede Avenue, and Joseph J. DiGicomo, 29, East Florida Avenue, two counts of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of drugs and trafficking in cocaine.
