Staff report

WARREN

The Raymond John Wean Foundation, one of 12 organizations selected from across the county, will participate in The Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Investing for Results, a leadership-development program dedicated to closing racial disparities by giving funders the framework needed to guide their grantmaking, grantees and partners toward results-oriented and highly collaborative strategies.

Jennifer Roller, president; Corrie Adams, program officer; and Lori Wiebe, administrative and capacity building officer, will attend three two-day sessions.

The sessions focus on such topics as data-driven decision-making, advancing racial equity and opportunity, developing adaptive leadership skills, and working in collaborative partnerships.
