United Veterans Council of Greater Youngstown will host its annual Recognition and Awards Banquet at 6 p.m. March 24 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Center, 4500 Norquest Blvd. Dinner will be served at 6:30. A veteran, citizen and youth of the year will be recognized.
