Boardman dog park now accepting 2017-18 memberships

Marge Hartman’s Paws Town Dog Park at Boardman Park, 375 Boardman-Poland Road, is now accepting memberships for 2017-18.

The 3.25-acre park features a double-gate entry system, a well-maintained lawn and caretakers who patrol the premises.

The cost for Boardman residents is $40 for one dog and $10 for each additional dog; nonresidents pay $65 for one dog and $10 for each additional dog. One day passes are available for $5.

The dog’s shot records on a veterinarian’s letter head, rabies and county tag numbers are required.

Memberships will be valid from date of purchase through March 31, 2018. Membership packets may be picked up at the park office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in the outdoor literature boxes or online at boardmanpark.com. Anyone interested in purchasing a tree in honor or in memory of a dog can pick up forms at the park office.
