Loan Originator Libby Benson has joined Top Elite Financial Inc. in Boardman.

Benson offers services to help her clients in buying, relocating, asset management and refinancing an existing mortgage.

ACHIEVEMENT

George W. Morris III of Salem, a certified public accountant, has again achieved membership in the Million Dollar Road Table, the Premier Association of Financial professionals.

Morris is a 23-year member of the MDRT.

To be a part of MDRT, Morris has to adhere to a strict code of ethics, focus on providing top-notch client service and continue to grow professionally through involvement in at least one other industry association.

PROMOTED

Home Savings recently announced two promotions: Cindy Cerimele as senior vice president, human resources and Louis Joseph as senior vice president, real estate and facilities.

Cerimele joined Home Savings in 1980. She began her banking career as a customer service representative. From the branches, she transitioned to training director and then assistant director of human resources. Most recently, she served as vice president of human resources.

Joseph joined the bank in 2002. Most recently, he served as vice president, property and purchasing manager.

NAMED

Harun Rashid has joined Akron Children’s Hospital as vice president and chief information officer.

Rashid comes to Akron Children’s with more than 25 years of information services experience, having most recently served as vice president for international services and vice president for tele-health services for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

HIRED

Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell Ltd. recently announced the addition of Kellie S. Rogers as a senior associate attorney in the firm.

Rogers brings more than 20 years of legal experience in workers’ compensation, social security disability and employee relations, as well as personal bankruptcy, domestic relations, probate law and appeals. She is based in HHM’s Salem office.

Before joining HHM, Rogers practiced with Aronson, Fineman & Davis Co. LPA in East Liverpool, focusing on workers’ compensation and social security disability. She is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation law through the Ohio State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Specialty Law Board. She has also served as acting judge for East Liverpool Municipal Court.
