Miss Butcher, Mr. Valantine set May wedding

AUSTINTOWN

Dean and Jamie Butcher are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Gabrielle Butcher, to Jon Michael Valantine. The groom is the son of Walter and Bethann Valantine. All are of Austintown.

An open ceremony is planned for 12:30 p.m. May 20 at Stambaugh Auditorium, Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for a reception that will take place at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman.

Miss Butcher is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in financial economics at Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa.

Mr. Valantine graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

He is a superintendent with Turner Construction in Cleveland.
