‘Dancing with the Stars’ finalist Noah Galloway will be guest

Noah Galloway, who was a finalist on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” in 2015, will be the featured speaker at an event at The Lake Club, 1140 Paulin Road, on March 23.

Galloway’s appearance will highlight the evening, which is a fundraiser for Help Hotline Crisis Center. The evening, which will begin with dinner at 6:30 p.m., will feature the Fred Astaire Dancers of Youngstown and Warren in a tribute to Galloway and his “Dancing with the Stars” performance.

Galloway is a retired U.S. Army sergeant who lost his left leg and left arm in a bomb explosion while serving in Iraq.

He is now a motivational speaker, personal trainer and fitness competitor.

He is the author of the book “Living with No Excuses: The Remarkable Rebirth of an American Soldier.”
