Mayor appoints Ingram to WRTA board

YOUNGSTOWN

Mayor John A. McNally has appointed Carlton K. Ingram as his representative to the Western Reserve Port Authority’s board of directors. The appointment made today is effective immediately and expires Feb. 26, 2019.
