Martin Luther Lutheran Church, 420 Clearmount Drive, Youngstown, is offering a soup luncheon after the noon Lenten services each Wednesday. This week the menu includes homemade beef vegetable soup, bread, beverage and homemade dessert. Donations will be accepted. Quarts of soup to take home will be $6.
THURSDAY
Bethel Lutheran Church, 425 Crestview Drive, Boardman, will host a dine-in or drive-through chicken dinner from 2:30 to 7 p.m. Dinners will feature a stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, coleslaw, roll and butter for $8. Credit cards will be accepted.
Calvary United Methodist Church, 12062 South Ave. Ext., North Lima, will have its monthly drive-through stuffed chicken breast dinner from 3 to 6 p.m. or until sold out. The dinner includes mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and a brownie for $7. Drive up to the door and someone will take the dinners to your car. Call 330-549-2588 to reserve your dinners. Grace Lutheran Church, 162 S. Raccoon Road (one block south of Mahoning Avenue), Austintown, will host a drive-through stuffed chicken breast dinner from 3 to 6 p.m. Cost is $7 which includes mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and a brownie. The cost is $7.50 for adults and $4 for children under 8. Carryout orders are $8 and will be available only until 6 p.m. Containers will be provided.
VFW Triangle Post 2799, 3161 E. South Range Road, New Springfield, will serve spaghetti dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. sponsored by the auxiliary. Prices are $7 for adults and $3.50 for children under 12. Meals include meatballs, salad, Italian bread and coffee or tea.

The menu comprises baked, fried, cajun or beer-battered fish with the choice of macaroni and cheese, seasoned french fries, parsley potatoes or haluski as a side. Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica, 343 Via Mount Carmel, Youngstown, will sponsor a spaghetti dinner from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the church hall. Cost is $7.50 for adults and $5 for children. All carryouts are $7.50; containers are 75 cents or you can provide your own. St. Monica Guild will sponsor a raffle during the dinner.
TUESDAY
First United Methodist Church of Columbiana, 210 S. Main St., is hosting a drive-through ham dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. or until sold out. The cost is $7 and includes sliced ham, redskin parsley potatoes, green beans, applesauce and a brownie. Use the drive-through entrance on Pittsburgh Street.

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Youngstown, is sponsoring a boxed lunch sale from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. March 15. Lunches will include corned beef and Swiss cheese on rye bread, potato chips, coleslaw, dill pickle and dessert for $8. It will include sausage, scrambled eggs, orange juice, coffee and tea for $7 for adults and $5 for children 5 to 12. Tickets are available from members and will be available at the door. Proceeds will benefit the youth of Austintown.
St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, 301 Struthers-Liberty Road, Campbell, will host a Russian Easterfest from noon to 3 p.m. April 1. For sale will be kolachi, paska bread, butter molds, horseradish, kielbasi and bacon, and ethnic foods will be available for takeout.
