Ohio Edison working on power outage in Campbell, Youngstown's East Side

YOUNGSTOWN — More than 4,200 Ohio Edison customers are without power, according to FirstEnergy’s outage map. The outage is most prevalent in the city of Campbell and the surrounding East Side neighborhoods in Youngstown.
