Mahoning County elections board re-elects its officers

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Board of Elections re-elected county Republican Party Chairman Mark Munroe as its chairman and county Democratic Chairman David Betras as its vice chairman.

Also, the board reappointed Democrat Joyce Kale-Pesta as director and Republican Thomas McCabe as deputy director.
