Children's hospital seeks nominations

Nominations are being accepted until March 13 for the Children’s Advocate Award. Akron Children’s Hospital Mahoning Valley will present the award at the Champions for our Valley’s Children celebration May 9 at the Lake Club.

Nominees may be individuals or organizations within the hospital service area in Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Mercer and Lawrence counties.

Nominees may be self-nominated or nominated by another person.

They must demonstrate a long-term commitment to children’s well-being.

Nomination forms must be received by the hospital by March 13.
