Author introduces ‘Jump-Start Day’
AUSTINTOWN
Nancy Christie, author of “The Gifts of Change” and the host of Rut Busting workshops, is advocating for the celebration of “Jump-Start Day” on March 12, when daylight saving time begins and most American citizens will “lose” an hour.
Christie believes that hour loss can motivate people to do something more with their time than they usually do, such as start their New Year’s resolution again.
For information on Christie’s “Jump-Start Day” ideas, workshops or productivity tips, go to www.nancychristie.com/tools-for-change/.
“The Gifts of Change” and other books by Christie are available for purchase from www.amazon.com.
