The Niles Hunting & Fishing Super Show & Sale will take place at the Metroplex Expo Center from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Hunter safety course

Lowellville

The Lowellville Rod & Gun Club, 6225 Quarry Road, is having a hunter safety course from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. next Saturday and March 12. Participants must attend both sessions. The course is free. All materials and lunch will be provided. Register online at wildohio.com.

Hidden Valley Sportsmen’s Club, 268 Gilkey Road, will have a gun show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 25 and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 26.

Walleye tournament

Northwest Ohio will be hosting the newest walleye tournament to hit the Maumee River and Lake Erie, the Rossford Walleye Roundup & Festival, on April 1-2.
