Allison Jane Burr and James Patrick Hynes were married Sept. 17, 2016, at the Butler Institute of American Art.

The bride is a daughter of Randy and Carla Burr of Farmdale. The groom is a son of James and Karen Hynes of Masury.

Jay Starling, the bride’s cousin, officiated the ceremony. A reception followed at Avalon Inn and Resort in Warren.

Elizabeth Burr, the bride’s sister, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Hynes, the groom’s sister; Hannah Raynor; and Tiffany Noble.

Dale Hynes, the groom’s cousin, was the best man. Groomsmen were Brent Hynes, the groom’s brother; Josh Less; and Vince Nuzzo.

Mrs. Hynes graduated from Allegheny College with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She is employed by Nuvasive Clinical Services in Columbus.

Mr. Hynes graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He is employed by Chemical Abstract Services, Columbus.

The couple traveled to Maui, Hawaii, for their honeymoon. They reside in Columbus.
