Expect delays on state Route 46

The Mahoning Valley Sanitary District announced a 2,000-foot section of South Main Street (state Route 46) between McKees Lane and Thirrd Street will be closed temporarily during replacement of major water-system valves. Two-way traffic will be maintained by use of a detour route that will be posted.

The temporary restriction is expected to begin Tuesday and last for three weeks.

Delays will be expected on this section of state Route 46.
