Randy and Debbie Lowe of Austintown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Lowe of Cleveland, to Victor Wilhelm, also of Cleveland.
Parents of the future groom are Bob and Terri Wilhelm of Alliance.
The couple plan to wed Aug. 19 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica, Youngstown, at 2 p.m. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony as well as for a reception that evening at The Lake Club in Poland.
The bride-elect graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in English and from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with a juris doctorate. Upon passage of the Ohio Bar Exam, she will join Jones Day in Cleveland as an associate attorney.
The prospective groom also graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed as a product-development engineer at TMG Performance Products in Berea.
