FOOD SALES AND DINNERS

THURSDAY

Lord of Life Church, 550 N. Broad St, Canfield, will offer Drive-through chicken dinners tomorrow from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Dinners will consist of chicken Parmesan, spaghetti, three-bean salad, roll and butter and cake. The cost is $9 per dinner (cash only), and the proceeds will help with ministry expenses. Each customer will get $1 off the purchase price if they bring a can of vegetables to be donated to the needy via the Rescue Mission or some other organization. SATURDAY

Calvary United Methodist Church of North Lima, corner of routes 164 and 165, will sell homemade chicken noodle soup from noon to 2 p.m. or until sold out. Cost is $6 a quart. Call the church at 330-549-2588 or 330-549-5106 to pre-order.

North Lima Mennonite Church, 90 Mennonite Drive, will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 a.m. Menu items include eggs, pancakes, french toast, sausage, potatoes, pastries, sausage gravy and biscuits, peppers and mushrooms, coffee, orange juice and other beverages. TAKING ORDERS

Boardman United Methodist Church, 6809 Market St., has a few frozen ham loaves for sale. They are six for $15. Please purchase anytime during office hours, M-Th, 10am-3pm. There is no scheduled ham loaf sale for the remainder of 2017.

A listing of food sales and dinners is published Wednesday. Please submit information for takeout and sit-down dinners to the Society Department before noon Monday.
