Lime sherbet punch

2quarts lime sherbet

2liters ginger ale

146-ounce can pineapple juice

lemon slices

lime slices

maraschino cherries

In a large punch bowl, add lime sherbet. Then add ginger ale and pineapple juice. Decorate with lemon and lime slices and some maraschino cherries.

Squash salad

2medium zucchini

2medium yellow squash

2medium green squash

8cherry tomatoes

Slice zucchini, squash and tomatoes and cut into wedges. Place in large bowl.

Dressing:

1cup cider or white vinegar

2tablespoons vegetable oil

1teaspoon salt

2teaspoons Italian seasoning

2teaspoons minced garlic

pinch black pepper

pinch parsley

In medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour dressing over zucchini, squash and tomato salad and serve.

veggie burgers

1small zucchini, grated

1medium potato, peeled

1medium carrot, grated

1/2cup grated onion

3eggs

pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine first six ingredients and mix well. Pour about one-half cup batter onto a hot griddle lightly coated with Pam. Fry for two to three minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve on toasted bun with desired condiments.

1pound powdered sugar

1cup graham cracker crumbs

1cup coconut

1cup chopped pecans

2sticks butter

1/2cup crunchy peanut butter

112-ounce package chocolate chips

1/2block paraffin

Mix powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and chopped pecans together; set aside. Melt together two sticks butter and peanut butter and stir in with dry mixture. Roll into balls. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin and dip ball in chocolate.
