BOARDMAN
A Youngstown man faces numerous charges after an incident reported at Primanti Bros. restaurant Monday night.
According to a report, township police were called to the restaurant shortly before midnight about an intoxicated customer.
David Carrabia, 46, of Wayside Drive, had been exhibiting strange behavior, harassing a female bartender, and throwing chairs around the restaurant, witnesses told police.
When police attempted to put Carrabia in handcuffs, he reportedly resisted, leading an officer to use a stun gun to subdue him. He faces charges of obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
