Boardman man's bad bar behavior gets him stunned, arrested

BOARDMAN — A Youngstown man faces numerous charges after an incident reported at Primanti Brother's Monday night.

According to a report, township police were called to the restaurant shortly before midnight in reference to an intoxicated customer.

Witnesses told police that David Carrabia, 46, of Wayside Drive, had been exhibiting strange behavior, harassing a female bartender, and throwing chairs around the restaurant.

When police attempted to put Carrabia in handcuffs, he reportedly resisted, leading an officer to use a stun gun to subdue him.

He was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

He also purportedly threatened a customer in front of police, but the customer declined to press charges.
