UPDATE | Woodland/Himrod Avenue to I-680 is open

YOUNGSTOWN — The Ohio Department of Transportation announced the Woodland Avenue/Himrod Avenue entrance to Interstate 680 northbound reopened before 5:30 p.m. The entrance ramp had been closed due to flooding.

Also, ODOT said state Route 165 between state Route 46 and U.S. Route 62 has reopened after being closed most of today due to flooding.
