SENIOR CITIZENS

AARP 4611 East will meet Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Centenary United Methodist Church, 1314 Belmont Ave., for an executive board meeting. Members are to take a covered dish for the potluck luncheon at 11:30. Nonmembers are asked to donate $6. April, May and June birthdays will be recognized. The school and church will be chosen, and there will be a 50-50 raffle. There will be no regular meetings in July or August. To report illnesses or deaths, call Evelyn Jenkins at 330-530-2734.

Holy Family Seniors Group will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday in parish hall, 2729 Center Road, Poland. Hostesses will be Dora Cercone, Helen Kaplon and Joann Pasquale. Keen Agers of Third Baptist Church will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday for lunch at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park. Members are asked to be on time.

Niles SCOPE Senior Center, 14 East State St., is taking reservations now for the following trips: on 10 a.m. Thursday, July 13 the bus departs for Columbiana for local shopping followed by dinner and a show, returning at 4 p.m. On Thursday, August 3, Mountaineer Casino. Friday, Dec. 1 at 9 a.m. the bus will depart for the Ohio Playhouse Theater for “A Christmas Carol.” Lunch at Massimo da Milano, returning at approximately 5 P.M.St. Anthony Senior Club will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the church rectory. There is no lunch committee for this meeting, so members or guests must carry their own bag lunch. Coffee will be ready by noon.
