Ian Francis went 3-for-3 with a triple and two doubles, scoring three times and picking up two RBIs for Land O’Frost. Carmen Lefoer, Anthony Perry, Christian Colosimo, Nate Williams, and Mason Planey each added two hits. Mason Planey took the win. Bero had two doubles for Boardman.

Warren 15, Liberty 3

Warren pounded out 14 hits led by winning pitcher Jadon Durda’s 3-for-3, three-RBI day. Dontai Young lined an inside-the-park grand-slam home run among his two hits and Cameron Knupp added two hits as well. Durda gave up two hits and one unearned run in his four innings of work. Billy Kodizk, Nick Shively and Tyler Mowery each collected a hit for Liberty.

An 11-run sixth invoked the mercy rule in favor of Land O’Frost. Tom Landry and Carmen Lefoer each had three hits and Nate Williams got the win in relief. Mason Gentile hit a double and scored three runs for Howland.
