Downtown Youngstown streets closed for upcoming Simply Slavic festival

YOUNGSTOWN — Because of the Simply Slavic event and preparations for it, East Federal Street from Market to Walnut streets, and Champion Street from Boardman to Commerce streets will be closed to vehicular traffic from 4 p.m. Thursday to 1 p.m. Sunday.
