1418 Auxiliary Seniors will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Bedford Trails Golf Course Restaurant on Bedford Road in Coitsville. Members may order from the menu on your own. Austintown AARP 4339 will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Austintown Senior Center. Mahoning County Deputy Bob Schaeffer, Senior Services Coordinator from the Senior Services Unit, will speak. Liberty 55 Plus Club will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at First Christ Assembly Church, 3243 Cardinal Drive, Liberty, for a brown-bag luncheon. Cards will be played and June birthdays will be acknowledged.
Mahoning Retired Teachers Association will meet Wednesday at the Georgetown, 5945 South Ave., Boardman. Social will begin at 11 a.m. and lunch will take place at 11:45. The meeting and program will follow. Susan Harris will preside. Tracey Manning, curator of education at the Mahoning Valley Historical Society, will present “Immigration History of the Mahoning Valley.” This month’s community service will be monetary donations and personal hygiene products for the Beatitude House. Niles SCOPE Senior Center, 14 E. State St., is taking reservations for the following trips: on 10 a.m. July 13 the bus departs for Columbiana for local shopping followed by dinner and a show, returning at 4 p.m. On Aug. 3, Mountaineer Casino. On Dec. 1 at 9 a.m., the bus will depart for the Ohio Playhouse Theater for “A Christmas Carol.” Lunch at Massimo da Milano, returning at approximately 5 P.M.

Trumbull Memorial Hospital Retirees will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Buena Vista Cafe in Warren. The program will include installation of officers and bingo. All retirees and former employees are welcome.
Trumbull Retired Teachers’ Association will meet for a luncheon at noon Tuesday at Ciminero’s Banquet Centre, 23 N. Main St., Niles. Lydia Caskey and Lynn Valentino will demonstrate their skills at candle-making and crochet. The association will collect coloring books, crayons and storybooks for Akron Children’s Hospital as well as yarn, postage stamps, candles and glasses.
