Mahoning County veterans service office closed Friday morning

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Veterans Service Commission office, 345 Oak Hill Ave., will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday to enable staff to attend a funeral, the commission announced.
