2 women face charges after incident at Kohl’s

Nicole Pietrangeli, 47, of Warren is charged with robbery and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and Laura Rice, 58, of Warren is charged with theft, drug abuse and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident at Kohl’s on Monday.
Store employees reported to police they observed the two women attempt to steal merchandise. When confronted, Pietrangeli reportedly grabbed and wrestled with one of the employees, leading to the robbery charge.
Police found some of the merchandise, a crack pipe and a medication used to treat opioid addiction in the suspects’ vehicle.
Missing teenager from Masury found
BROOKFIELD
A Masury teen who was last seen Monday has been found, according to the Trumbull County 911 Center.
The Brookfield Police Department had issued an endangered missing-child advisory, which said that Logan B. Nichols, 16, did not have enough medicine for a medical condition and was believed to be in danger, according to 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner.
Nichols was last seen on Budd Street in Masury at 8:40 p.m. Monday.
He is believed to have been with his father, Mark Nichols, who does not have custody rights.
Pretrial hearing
MERCER, PA.
A Girard man accused of sexually assaulting a child in Pymatuning Township, Pa., will appear in court Monday for a pretrial hearing.
William Casey, Jr., 57, faces charges of indecent assault and aggravated indecent assault in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
Police arrested Casey in Girard in July 2016 on a warrant.
Woman revived on Courthouse Square
WARREN
A 37-year-old woman of Federal Street was revived with the opiate-reversal drug naloxone after police found her unresponsive on a park bench near the water fountain in Courthouse Square.
A police officer observed the woman unresponsive at 7:30 p.m. Saturday with a slow pulse and shallow breathing, police said.
The officer administered one dose of nasal-spray naloxone and she became conscious after about 90 seconds.
She refused medical attention and was not charged with any offense.
