UPDATE | Police coax man out of Kensington Avenue house

YOUNGSTOWN — A man who was holed up in a Kensington Avenue home since 4 p.m. has been taken into custody.

A man surrendered to police and SWAT teams after a two hour standoff in Youngstown.

Joseph Derrico, 28, refused to come out when Violent Crimes Task Force Officers came with an arrest warrant.

Derrico surrendered peacefully after a SWAT team was assembled.
