SENIOR CITIZENS

Freetimers Monthly Breakfast will be held at 9 a.m. June 6, at Davidson’s on Route 62 in Cornersburg. All YSU retirees are invited to come, eat and socialize.

S.O.A.R. 27-2 and 27-6, Steelworkers Retirees Local 1330 and 1331, will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Smith Corners United Methodist Church, 3000 S. Niles-Canfield Road. Refreshments will be served. New members are welcome.

Trumbull Memorial Hospital Retirees will meet at 11:30 a.m. June 12 at Buena Vista Cafe in Warren. The program will include installation of officers and bingo. All retirees and former employees are welcome.

Trumbull Retired Teachers’ Association will meet for a luncheon at noon June 13 at Ciminero’s Banquet Centre, 23 N. Main St., Niles. Lydia Caskey and Lynn Valentino will demonstrate their skills at candle-making and crochet. The association will collect coloring books, crayons and storybooks for Akron Children’s Hospital as well as yarn, postage stamps, candles and glasses. Lunch is $11.75 with reservations to Dee Sullivan by email at dee3et@aol.com. New members are welcome.
