MASONIC GROUPS


WEDNESDAY

Members of the Freemasons and their families will gather at 10 a,m, on June 11 at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 159 Todd Avenue, Hermitage, Pa. 16148 for their 10th annual Saint John’s Day worship service and luncheon. This year Saint John’s Day marks the 300th anniversary of the founding of the first grand lodge. The Rev. David Williamson, a Grand Chaplain of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania, will lead the service. His sermon will be, “The Cornerstone of Life.” Masons from the Shenango Valley and surrounding areas will worship wearing their symbolic aprons and other regalia. Following the service, a catered luncheon will be served. George Morrow of Gibsonia, Pa., the Grand High Priest of the Grand Holy Royal Arch Chapter of Pennsylvania, will be the guest speaker. 32nd Club will meet at noon Thursday at Christ Church in Boardman for the annual picnic.
