Officials cut ribbon for renovated SMARTS home

YOUNGSTOWN — Several Youngstown community leaders cut the ribbon today for the newly renovated Ohio One building which will house students involved in the SMARTS – Students Motivated by the Arts — program.

Mayor John McNally said today the project is truly the product of a labor of love.
