Emmanuel Center will distribute supplies

GIRARD

The Emmanuel Community Care Center, 2 N. State St., will distribute school supplies to children grades kindergarten to 12 whose families are registered at the center on Aug. 15 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Any family registered at the center in need of school supplies should contact the Emmanuel Center at 330-545-4301 by Friday.

Also, anyone interested in donating school supplies should bring them to the center by Friday.

School supplies that are especially needed include: book bags, college and wide-ruled paper and notebooks, Fiskar scissors, bottles of white glue, pencils and pens, pocket folders, rulers, composition books, markers, colored pencils, yellow highlighters, 24-count crayons, red pens and pencil sharpeners.
