The Zittos celebrate golden anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Zitto of Columbiana will celebrate their golden anniversary from 2 to 5 p.m. next Saturday during an open house at First Presbyterian Church, 28 E. Park Ave. Hostesses for the celebration will be the couple’s daughters.

Mr. Zitto and the former Pamela Irons were married July 22, 1967, at Southeast Christian Church in Columbus.

The couple’s children are Angela Zitto (Rob McDonough) of Bonita Springs, Fla.; Elena Wisler (Mike) of Bowie, Md.; and Nancy (Hal) King of Bellefontaine. Five grandchildren and six great-grandchilden complete their family.

Mrs. Zitto was a school nurse with the Columbiana schools until she retired.

Mr. Zitto was a physics teacher at Boardman High School and Youngstown State University until he retired.

The couple are members of First Presbyterian Church in Columbiana.
