Man gets life in prison for rapes of girls

YOUNGSTOWN

A man who was convicted in June of 20 counts of rape was sentenced today in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to life in prison.

Tshombe Miller, 34, was sentenced by Judge Lou D'Apolito for the rape of two female relatives over a period of several years.

Miller, who is appealing his convictions, did not address the court before the sentence was handed down.
