Howland road closed next week for culvert replacement

HOWLAND — North Road, between Atlantic and East Market streets, will be closed from Monday until July 29, due to culvert replacement by the Trumbull County Engineer’s office. The recommended detour route is west on Atlantic, south on Genessee Avenue, and east on East Market.
