Mohip discusses low East High School test scores

Youngstown City Schools CEO Krish Mohip discusses low test scores at East High School - with 90 percent of students below level - during today's Academic Distress Commission meeting.

"It's not OK to take highest achieving students and out them in one school and put everyone else in the other," he said. "The reconfiguration is working to fix that."
