Faith Morell’s RBI-single in the bottom of the sixth scored Sydney Lutz from second base sends Canfield to the Little League 10u state championship game.The Cardinals went into the top of the sixth with a 3-0 lead before Tallmadge tied the contest. Vita Kelty was the winning pitcher. The win marks two consecutive days of walk-off victories. On Wednesday, Canfield defeated rival Poland for the first time this season, 6-5. The game was tied 5-5 in the bottom of the sixth when a runner scored off a passed ball.

Canfield will play Wheelersburg today at 5 p.m. If Canfield wins, they will play Wheelersburg again for the state championship.
