Five Minutes with Youngstown mayor on Tuesday

The monthly “Five Minutes with the Mayor” will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the mayor’s office on the first floor of city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.

Citizens are invited to stop by and visit with Mayor John A. McNally, and to voice any questions or concerns they may have regarding issues with the city.
