Cash, crack discovered after city traffic stop

YOUNGSTOWN — Reports said officers found $500 cash and a bag of crack cocaine just after 7 p.m. after they stopped a man for an improper turn at Hunter and Humbolt streets.

Reports said Tiawan Clinkscale, 27, of Wesley Avenue gave police permission to search his car but also quickly added someone who had the car before him may have left something inside.

Clinkscale was taken to the Mahoning County jail.
