News conference set Thursday on Youngstown schools CEO's first year

YOUNGSTOWN — The City of Youth Leadership Council and other organizations and individuals supporting CEO Krish Mohip will mark his first-year accomplishments at a news conference at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Fellowship Hall in the basement of First Presbyterian Church, 201 Wick Ave.

Mohip began his first day as the CEO of the Youngstown City School District on June 29, 2016. Supporters want to cap that year by talking about the positive changes, initiatives and programs Mohip has implemented to improve the district.
