Harassment: A Gladys Street woman said she’s received several unwanted text messages that were sexual in nature.
June 28
Menacing: A West Liberty Street woman told police two women stood across the street and threatened her.
June 29
Theft: A West Liberty Street man alleged his former girlfriend stole $204 from him.

Arrest: Police responded to a report of an unwanted person on Roosevelt Drive before charging Susan R. Pack, 34, of Hazelwood Avenue Southeast, Warren, with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business after an officer alleged Pack had lunged toward him, yelled at authorities and neighbors and provided a false name and date of birth. She also was wanted on a felony probation-violation charge.
Drugs: A traffic stop near Belmont and Trumbull avenues resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old township boy on charges of marijuana and drug possession, operating a vehicle impaired and obstructing official business when, police alleged, loose particles of suspected marijuana and two Xanex pills were found. The teen also struggled with officers and was belligerent and uncooperative while in the booking room, a report showed.
June 30
Aggravated menacing/criminal damaging: A Girard man told authorities that after stopping for a light on state Route 193, two irate men on motorcycles confronted him about a traffic issue. One of the men head-butted the accuser’s driver’s-side window and challenged him to a fight; the other man shattered the victim’s passenger-side window, he reported.
Arrest: Youngstown police in the 2700 block of Belmont Avenue handed Devonte White, 25, to township authorities. White, of Oakland Drive, Youngstown, was wanted on a Girard Municipal Court warrant.
July 1
Arrests: After pulling them over in the 3600 block of Belmont Avenue, officers charged Candace J. Bishop, 18, of Willow Drive, Warren, with contributing to the delinquency of minors, as well as a Warren boy and a Youngstown girl, both 16, with offenses regarding underage persons. Police saw a male passed out in the vehicle and an intoxicated person in the back seat, a report stated.
July 2
Arrest: Albert J. Whitted, 27, of North Road, Niles, was charged with endangering children, falsification and operating a vehicle impaired during a traffic stop near Naylor-Lloyd Road. Whitted had a 3-year-old child in the car before he registered a 0.132 blood-alcohol content, which exceeds Ohio’s 0.08 legal intoxication limit; in addition, Whitted lied about his identity, police alleged.
Drugs: After pulling them over near Fifth Avenue, authorities charged Darrien Underwood, 21, of Elruth Court, Girard, with drug abuse and took Dajeauna Adams, 18, also of Elruth Court, Girard, into custody on a warrant charging failure to appear in court. Underwood handed officers a small bag of suspected marijuana, a report said.
Domestic violence: Toni C. Hartman of Bright Avenue, Campbell, faced domestic-violence and theft charges after a man alleged that while at a Goldie Road big-box store, Hartman, 42, had kicked him several times in the ribs, stole items from his truck and fled.
Theft: Nicole D. Cruse of Shavers Street Southwest, Newton Falls, was charged with stealing about $606 worth of electronics items, food and clothing from Walmart, 200 Goldie Road. Cruse, 45, also was wanted on a Boardman warrant charging aggravated theft.
July 3
Citation: While answering a call about a suspicious person in the 1600 block of Shannon Road, police wrote a minor-misdemeanor citation charging Justin M. Simons, 27, of North Cedar Avenue, Niles, with disorderly conduct. A caller reported having seen an intoxicated person fall into the street, a report showed.
