Youngstown hosts public meeting on sewer project Feb. 10 at Covelli Centre

YOUNGSTOWN — The city will host a public meeting at 10 a.m. Feb. 10 at the Covelli Centre community room to discuss the first phase of the Phelps Street sewer-replacement project.

The project involves the relocation of various utilities and the replacement of the sanitary sewer between West Federal and West Commerce streets.
