The Knicks held out guard Derrick Rose, who sprained his left ankle Friday night in a victory over Charlotte.

Paul George had 33 points and nine rebounds while hounding James Harden on defense most of the night, leading Indiana past Houston for its third straight victory. Harden was 3 of 17 from the field, 2 of 10 on 3-pointers, had eight turnovers and 15 points. He also had five rebounds and eight assists.

TORONTO

Nikola Vucevic had 25 points and 10 rebounds, D.J. Augustin added 21 points off the benchKyle Lowry led the Raptors with 33 points, eight assists and five rebounds. Fellow All-Star DeMar DeRozan returned to the lineup after missing three games with a sprained right ankle and had 22 points, seven rebounds and six assists.

John Wall had 18 points and 19 assists, Bradley Beal scored 27 points, and Washington beat New Orleans to extend its winning streak to four. Marcin Gortat had 17 points and 11 rebounds, and Markieff Morris added 21 points for the Wizards. Anthony Davis had 36 points, 17 rebounds, three steals and two blocked shots for the Pelicans.

Seth Curry scored 24 points and Dallas snapped a 12-game losing streak in San Antonio. Kawhi Leonard had 24 points for San Antonio, which lost consecutive games for just the second time this season.

CHICAGO

The Bulls broke open a tied game with an 11-2 third-quarter burst. It was the 76ers second consecutive setback after winning 10 of their previous 13 games. The game marked their 12th straight loss in the series with the Bulls (24-25), who snapped a two-game skid. The Sixers were at a disadvantage without standout center Joel Embiid. He is listed as questionable for Monday’s game with left knee soreness.

Kevin Durant had 33 points and 10 rebounds, and the Golden State Warriors overcame Stephen Curry’s absence to hold off the Portland Trail Blazers Curry didn’t play because of the stomach flu, missing his first game of the season. Klay Thompson added 27 points for the Warriors, who have won 10 of their last 11 games. CJ McCollum had 25 points for Portland, which had won its last three games. Golden State swept all four games against the Blazers this season.
