HUMAN RESOURCES

Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. recently announced the promotion of Laura Williams to be director of human resources. Williams took over this position upon the retirement of Joe Deibert, who has served in that role for 16 years.

Williams has been a member of HRG’s human resources team for more than 10 years. She is responsible for benefits administration, compensation management, employee relations, and the training and professional development programs.

LAW

Day Ketterer Ltd., a law firm with locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania, has hired Paul B. Hervey, Zachary B. White and Jeffrey A. Hall.

Hervey joins Day Ketterer as a member, practicing in the area of domestic relations and family law. Hervey’s extensive domestic-relations experience encompasses the dissolution of a marriage, to high net worth dollar divorce cases successfully defended all the way to the Ohio Supreme Court.

White joins the firm as an associate. White received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2016, where he served as Ombudsman in the Student Conflict Resolution Center.

Hall, an associate with the firm, practices in the area of estate planning and probate administration.

BANKING

Local attorney, Gina Agresta Richardson of Gina Richardson LLC, has joined the board of directors of Farmers Trust Co.

Richardson joins the six other directors to serve at the helm of Farmers Trust Co.

Richardson is the founder of Gina Richardson LLC, a business boutique law firm located in Canfield, focused on business and commercial law, real estate law, tax issues, and estate and business succession planning.

HOSPITALITY

The Best Western Park Hotel in downtown Warren in 136 N. Park Ave. has been recognized with the brand’s highest honor, the M.K. Guertin Award.

The hotel is one of only 31 hotels out of more than 2,100 properties in North America to receive the award. It is presented to hotels that best represent the vision of Best Western’s founder and demonstrates exceptional levels of quality, guest satisfaction and dedication to the brand.

EvenBay Real Estate recently announced that Paul Bevilacqua has joined its team. He will be working out of the Boardman office.

He has been a licensed Realtor since 1992 and a licensed Broker since 1995. He is the former president of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors.
