A grand jury Thursday handed up indictments against these people on these charges:

Cynthia Matsouris, 54, North Roanoke Avenue, Austintown, possession of cocaine and operating a vehicle intoxicated.

Randy Woods, 28, Florence Drive, North Lima, possession of heroin and theft.

Michele Coney, 72, Cromwell Street, theft.

Victor Peterman, 60, Brookline Avenue, failure to verify current address.

Matthew Bocian, 39, Garfield Street, Struthers, receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit card.

Robert Moon, 60, West Ravenwood Avenue, two counts gross sexual imposition and five counts of rape.

William Pietz, 39, Market Street, escape.

Troy Adkins, 20, East Boston Avenue, two counts of harassment with bodily substance.

William Himes, 45, c/o Mahoning County jail, failure to notify change of address.

Jimmy Melero, 27, Courtland Avenue, Campbell, two counts of nonsupport of dependents.

Rodney J. Hamady, 43, Kulipmont, Pa., two counts nonsupport of dependents.

Robert L. Hacker III, 33, Mock Road, Berlin Center, two counts of nonsupport of dependents.

Richard Latimer, 34, Hopkins Road, Boardman, 34, two counts of nonsupport of dependents.
