Art course offered

Mahoning Valley Lifelong Learning Institute will begin its spring 2017 semester with an instructional art course. “Alphonse Mucha: Enchanted Art” will be offered from 5 to 7 p.m. Feb. 2 in the Gelhaar Center, 1216 Fifth Ave. It will include an overview of Mucha’s technique, inspirations and finished paintings and students will create their own artwork.
