Sarah Bauman v Kevin Sturdevant

LAKE TAHOE, CALIF.

Sarah Bauman became the bride of Kevin Sturdevant on Oct. 22 at Lake Tahoe. The 2 p.m. ceremony was officiated by a brother of the bride, Sam Bauman.

A reception followed at Emerald Bay in South Lake Tahoe. Zion, the bride’s nephew, was ring bearer.

The bride is retaining her maiden name.

Parents of the bride are Geoff and Karen Bauman of Granville, Ohio. Marcia Sturdevant of Austintown and Dale Sturdevant of Boardman are the parents of the groom.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University. She works as a speech therapist in the Bay area.

Mr. Sturdevant received a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University. He works in technology in the Bay area and travels around the world to find and preserve archeological artifacts.

The couple reside in Oakland, Calif.
