UFO expert will speak at local library

LISBON

Lepper Library, 303 E. Lincoln Way, will host Chris Parsons from the Mutual UFO Network at 2 p.m. Jan. 28. Parsons has spent years researching UFOs and will present a history of claimed sightings and evidence for alien existence and interaction from the Roswell incident in 1947 to today.

There will be a brief questions and answers session at the end of his presentation.
