CLASSES

CLUBS

Friends of the Mahoning River, a non-profit environmental group, will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Oak Hill Collaborative, 507 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown. Parking will be behind the building, and a new water quality sampling project will be discussed. Anyone interested in the mission of the club are invited to attend. Connection support group meetings for individuals with a mental health diagnosis take place at 6 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month at Grace Methodist Church, 1725 Drexel Ave., Warren; 1:30 p.m. each Thursday at the Community Center, 1344 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, and at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at the Alta Care. The Winter Family To Family class will begin Jan. 24 and will take place weekly at First Presbyterian Church, 201 Wick Ave, Youngstown. This is a 12-week educational class free to families covering diagnosis, medications, resources and more.
